Send us the scope of work, the site address and any drawings or specifications you already have. We review the information, arrange a site visit where needed, and return an itemised quotation that separates labour, materials and any provisional sums.

Yes. We are set up to serve public sector institutions, municipalities, property developers, commercial businesses, industrial clients, farming enterprises and private property owners. Tender and supply chain documentation is available on request.

Yes. Many of our projects combine earthworks, drainage and access roads with the building itself. Running both under one contract removes the coordination gaps that usually cause delays between separate contractors.

Safety is built into how we plan each project. We apply safe working practices, control access to active work areas, brief teams before high risk activities and keep the site managed rather than open. Site specific health and safety files are prepared where the project requires one.

Every project has a responsible person on site who reports progress, raises problems early and keeps the client informed. You will always know who to call about your project.

We can do either. Most clients ask us to supply and install so there is one point of accountability. Where a client prefers to supply certain materials, we set that out clearly in the quotation.

It depends entirely on scope, site conditions and weather. We give a programme with the quotation showing the main stages and their durations, and we update you when anything on that programme changes.

Changes are recorded as variations, priced before the work is done and approved by the client in writing. Nothing extra gets built and billed without your agreement.

We stand behind our workmanship. Defect liability terms are confirmed in the contract for each project, and material warranties from suppliers are passed on to the client at handover.
